The corporate support (e.g. counselor/ HR) can introduce themselves within the app: who they are, their view on this topic and why they think it is important to speak-up when behavior is being considered unwanted. Moreover, these support people can be contacted through the app; everything in one place and 24/7 accessible to all employees.

The logbook will help you to document unwanted behavior from colleagues, customers, etc. You decide who will receive your report, be it someone internal or external. Your report will not automatically

become a formal complaint. This is something you may decide after talking to the personal support from your organization.

With the push notification option, you are able to inform everyone simultaneously that for example your policy was updated.
